Late harvest, maceration on the skins, fermentation in french oak tonneaux sur lies.
No filtering, clarification or rackings
It is a wine of incredible elegance and charming power.
To the glass: bright and luminous orange yellow, incredible.
To the nose: rich, softly floral, an almost fermented pear scent, candied fruit, light chamomile, buttery in the end.
To the mouth: full bodied, smooth, with a savory and very well balanced finish of incredible lenght.
The potential of ageing is in my opinion very long...
