Description

Cariñena blanca is a variety that until 2013 we were totally unaware in Priorat. By chance we found a genetic mutation in one of our old vineyards of a black carignan and that we were able to isolate, reproduce and from which we now have a vineyard with 3000 plants with which we produce this singular white.
Surprising acidity and freshness for a white in Priorat. Notes of quince, pear or cassis, which give it a totally unique character and personality.
Marked minerality reflecting the typical slate soils in our region.
Very few bottles since the first vintage in 2013 with only 900 and the last vintage in 2019 with 3000.
