Description
PRIMITIVO RED PGI SALENTO
Primitivo wine obtained from sapling vines aged over 60 years.
Ruby red color with hints of ripe berries, cherry and plum jams.
Spicy and toasted notes of vanilla, cocoa and coffee given by the refining of 6 months in steel and 4 in French oak barrels.
On the palate it is soft, velvety and persistent with an elegant tannic structure typical of the primitivo.
Excellent meditation wine and accompaniment to grilled, roasted and braised meats.
