WINEMAKER’S NOTES
Prohom White combines two Mediterranean varieties of north east of Spain. Harvest by hand, each variety was handled separately during his fermentation and maturity process with his fine lies during 4 months in stainless tank. Finally, blended the wines looking for a different style and with its own personality, which reflects the typicity and authenticity of our white Grenache.
TASTING NOTES
With green tones stands out for its clarity and brilliance. Aromatic sensations of apricot and peach. An elegant white wine with refreshing acidity and rich texture. Giving us a peachy and lingering aftertaste.
