Description
Purneia is a natural fermentation wine, made without the use of selected yeasts, and produced only from grapes of the vineyard "Vigna di Sopra" of Palazzo di Piero, vinified in the farm with reduced use of sulfites and a prolonged post fermentative maceration. No synthetic products or oenological additives were used during grape cultivation and vinification, excluding a small quantity of potassium metabisulphite (not exceeding 5g per 100kg of grapes). Purneia was then aged in used ("neutral") barrels for at least a year and then in bottle. Not filtered, not clarified. Possible residues are index of the wine's naturalness. Serve at 17 °C (62 °F), after oxygenation. Let the wine rest for a few days after transportation.
