Description

Sparkling wine of bright yellow color, fine and constant bubbles. The aroma is fine, with notes of pear, grapefruit and pineapple, of flowers such as orange blossom, recognizing the Moscatel variety, and a pastry fund that gives us the second fermentation in the bottle and a aging of more than 24 months. The palate is fresh, dry, balanced and with some unctuousness, with a bitter end typical of the variety, which extends the persistence of citrus and floral flavors in the post-taste.
