Description

From native grapes of Ribolla Gialla, stainless-steel vinification. Greenish yellow, elegant bouquet with floral and mineral notes. 
The palate is vibrant and delicate.
Excellent as an aperitif, it pares well with starters, velouté, fish-based dishes, herbs omelet.
Serving temperature: 10-12 °C (50-54 °F). Environment friendly techniques used.
