Dolce Veleno is a combination of two very different and contrasting grape varieties: Moscato, sweet, intense and aromatic and Raboso, a full-bodied, rough, bitter, sharp red wine. By skilfully combining these grapes, we have obtained a unique sparkling wine which is highly aromatic, lingering, full-bodied, structured and sweet. Spumante Demi Sec. Vine: Raboso grape 70%, Moscato grape 30%.
Aroma: intense aromatic reminiscent of raspberries, blackbarries and floral sensations.
Taste: full and balanced on the palate, structured and sweet.
Food matches: excellent aperitif, ideal with desserts.
Foam: fine and persistent.
Colour: ruby red.
