Description

Salmon color with a few pink touches, it is clean and bright.

On the nose it brings back memories of red berries and dried leaves. A standing glass is expressed with floral notes such as orange blossom; Quince, after a brief oxygenation, we get more citrus aromas, green apple, balsamic and aniseed tones.

In the mouth it is fresh and smooth, with great acidity very well balanced, it is creamy and deep. Its passage in the mouth is long; with a very balsamic aftertaste.

We could describe it as a rosé wine that on the nose is reminiscent of white but on the palate has the soul of red.
