Description

2019 is the first vintage of this wine. Paler in colour, but without losing the identity of the traditional rosés in our area: very aromatic, fresh and balanced. Made with grapes from one unique centennial vineyard, planted with red (tempranillo, garnacha) and white (albillo, verdejo, viura) grape varieties, its name "Remolón" refers to the shy character that wines sometimes show until they fully express their maximum potential.

TASTING NOTES:
Clean and bright salmon pink.
On the nose there are notes of white fruits such as pear, and floral aromas.
On the palate, it shows a slight acidity that gives it freshness and a long persistence.

Elaborado por primera vez en esta añada 2019. Más pálido, pero sin perder la identidad de los rosados que siempre se ha elaborado en nuestra zona: muy aromáticos, frescos y equilibrados. Elaborado con uva de un único viñedo centenario, su nombre "Remolón" hace  alusión al carácter que presentan a veces los vinos hasta que expresan su máximo potencial.
