Trento Doc spumante is the highest and finest expression of Trentino viticulture. In order to taste it, we work and wait patiently for months, even years. But the end result is extraordinary! The base wine rests for a long time inside its bottle, aging on the lees as traditionally done with the bottle-fermented sparkling wine process.
