Vinification: Very gentle pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature (16°-19°) in stainless steel tanks
TASTING NOTES: A clear, dry white wine with a pale straw colour. Hints of pear, apple and lemon. Soft on the palate, it is characterized by appealing freshness and an attractive fruitiness.
Alcohol: 12,5 %
