With the 2019 vintage, we released our new Extra-Brut. The introduction follows the admission of the Extra Brut in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene procedural guidelines as the lowest dosaged Prosecco. True to quality and innovation, 2Castelli works to find new ways to research and experiment the best expressions of Glera grapes. For this project we exclusively selected our San Gallo vineyards’grapes. A slow and prolonged rifermentation in large
pressurized tanks enhances the most sophisticated characteristics of Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG.

Con la vendemmia 2019 nasce il nostro ExtraBrut. Nel nome dell’alta qualità, 2Castelli aderisce all’apertura di nuove vie di sperimentazione per la migliore espressione delle uve Glera. A questo progetto abbiamo dedicato le uve del vigneto San Gallo. Una lenta e prolungata rifermentazione in autoclave, per esaltare anche l’aspetto più sofisticato del Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG.
