Description

Colour: straw yellow, brightened by a minute and persistent perlage.
Aroma: lively, delicate and full of aromas of fruit, apple, pear and a hint of citrus fruit that fades into the floral.
Structure: soft full and convincing.
Taste: good body, delicate and, at the same time, dry thanks to a well present acidity.
Varietal(s): "Glera" (historical name of Prosecco).

Its colour is bright straw, enlivened by the perlage. Fresh and elegant, it is rich in aromas of fruit, apple, pear, with a hint of citrus fruit that fades into the floral. To obtain this wine, soft and at the same time dry, the refermentation is interrupted when the percentage of sugars is between 13 and 18 grams per liter. It has therefore a pleasantly lively acidity and stimulates the palate to taste some appetizers or starters. Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal with legume soups, seafood, pasta with delicate meat sauces, fresh cheeses and white meats, especially poultry.
