Château de Parenchère, whose foundations were laid in 1570 by Pierre de Parenchières, is situated at the easternmost reaches of the Bordeaux region, bordering the Dordogne department (Sainte-Foy-La-Grande). The estate consists of 188 unbroken hectares, including 68 hectares of vines (170 acres) planted on the best plots of the estate. It is certified sustainable with the HVE-3 certification (High Environmental Value farm). We there produce a range of white, rosé and red wines which, thanks to an amazing Press, are sold in over 25 countries. Always well-balanced, fleshy and fruit-driven, the Parenchère wines are reknowned as one of the best values of Bordeaux and a great alternative to Grands Crus. They are selected Coup de Cœur by the Guide Hachette, Best Value & Editor's choice by the Wine Enthusiast with 90 points, rated 15/20 by Decanter and won lot of medals as a Gold Medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris or a Grand Gold Medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.
