Description

An elegant and aromatic wine with a pleasant minerality, expressed through a skilful blend of typical notes of Manzoni Bianco, and excellently supported by the Pinot Blanc, which adds structure.
It has a straw-yellow colour with light greenish reflections - testimony of its freshness and acidity-, a fine nose with floral notes of white rose and hawthorn, as well as notes of ripe white peach, accompanied by pleasant notes of tropical fruit, pineapple in particular.
The mineral note typical of Rhine Riesling is perfectly recognizable yet discreet in this interpretation.
It expresses freshness, flavour, and is well balanced in the mouth due to its aging and subsequent yearlong maturation in the bottle, which lends complexity.
The finish is fine and persistent, with a clear final sensation of cleanness.
