WINEMAKING:
Artisanal winemaking methods with low impact and minimal intervention to respect grape’s identity and territory originality. Suitable for vegetarian and vegans. Low sulphites level (less 1/3 of legal limit dosage). Total Sulphur Dioxide 40 mg/L.
TASTING & FOOD PAIRING:
Ruby colour. Intense aromatic profile with red fruits and other darker fruits, minerality and earthiness with subtle oak notes of its aging. In the mouth it’s fresh, medium body, with smooth tannins, elegantly balanced and long.
Pairs perfectly with many foods. Thanks to its freshness and balance lets enjoy the food and wine together without overpowering the food or the wine.
