Description
Amarone docg "Effimero" comes from the highest selection of Valpolicella native grape varieties: Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella.
The grapes are harvested and stored on large trays in a special warehouse where the natural ventilation provides a gentle drying process. The vinification of half-dried grapes produces a very rich must that is fermented in steel large vessels. After vinification, the wine ages 3 years in oak Allier barrels of 20hl.
