CHARACTERISCTICS:
Very Dark ruby in colour, complex bouquet of fruit and spices such as peaches and water melon but also bay leaf and . Smooth and captivating with a lively tannin along with a light acidity, which makes it very drinkable.
Harvest: Manual Harvest at the end of September beginning of October
Ageing: Partly in stainless steel for 8/10 months, bottled for 4 months.
Temperature: to be served at 18°C
