CHARACTERISTICS:
Dark ruby in colour, can appreciate the scents of mature red berries such as blackberries and red currants with a fresh floral bouquet, preserved in wooden barriques giving it a light tannin.
A wine with a great ageing potential
Harvest: Manual Harvest at the end of September beginning of October
Ageing: Partly in stainless steel, partly in tonneau and barriques 8/10 months, bottled for 2 months.
Temperature: to be served at 18°C
