Description

The grape variety of our AVE PETRUS is cesanese, the most important autochthonous red grape of region Lazio.
In the 2019 vintage we have chosen for 40% of common Cesanese and 60% of Cesanese di Affile getting a bright wine, with vivid color. Hints of cherry and balsamic notes. A wine that makes elegance its main characteristic, velvety on the palate, fresh, with good acidity, suitable for elegant dinners.
