Baciavento is an Umbria Rosso I.G.T. produced with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes.
The vinification takes place separately in steel for each variety and at a controlled temperature; this is followed by a brief refinement in French oak barriques.
Bright red in colour, the nose reveals scents of currants and blackberries while the taste is pleasantly soft.
