VINIFICATION METHOD: Guyot cultivation system. Manual harvest
VINIFICAZIONE: soft pressing of the intact selected grapes. Skin fermentation and maceration in steel tanks at controlled temperature for about 18/25 days. Follows malo-lactic fermentation
AGING: in steel tanks for 20 mounths. After bottling 4 mounths in bottles
TASTING NOTES: Bright ruby red colour. The taste is nicely dry and velvety, with hints of cherries, blackberry, raspberry and rosehip
