Description

Vinified in old concrete tanks where our Barbera has been fermenting for more than 50 years. It rests in large wooden barrels for a year and is refined for several months in steel before going into the bottle.
Color: intense purple with ruby reflections.
Fragrance: intense, velvety and spicy with fresh and lively notes.
Taste: herbaceous and spicy sensations, soft tannins with slight astringency.
