With Bobal Icon we seek to offer a different, harmonious wine with personality that expresses the uniqueness of our vineyards of more than 80 years, the microclimate and the privileged location of the vineyards.
Wine made with the best selection of grapes from our Bobal vineyards. The wine was aged for 6 months in French oak barrels. A vineyard that we inherited from our grandparents and that they planted themselves.

TASTING NOTES

Intense ruby color.
On the nose, memories of plum and cherry jam, with notes of spicy herbs and minerals.
In the mouth it is smooth and wide, with a soft acidity and aftertaste of bitter cherry, plum and blackcurrant jam.

FOOD RECOMMENDING

Cured and semi-cured Manchego cheeses, atascaburras and Manchego lamb chops.
