DESCRIPTION 

From our “La Lincha” estate of Cabernet Sauvignon, planted in 1998, this organic “signature” wine was born.

Specially grown to produce quality grapes, yields of less than 6,000 kg / ha in calcareous and limestone soil.

Made with the highest technology so as not to lose the quality of the grape by fermenting it for 20 days at a controlled temperature.

Aged in French oak barrels for the convenient time to enjoy it at the best moment.

TASTING NOTES

Clean, bright appearance. 
Cherry red color with purple trims.
Aromas of ripe red fruit, toffee, roasted and coffee.

FOOD RECOMMENDING

Any spoon dish, especially Manchego gazpachos would fit perfectly. Roasted lamb and red meat.
