A definitely exciting structure of tannin combined with Berries, wild-cherries and Plumflavours tell a story of fully ripened, deep blue grapes, selected by our grapepickers on one of the sunniest and steepest hills in Remstal Valley, close to Stuttgart.  Cabernet Dorio brings an exciting structure, Cabernet Dorsa brings an unbelieveable amout of fruity tastes , Cabernet Mitos is responsible for the complexity. We love every single one of this German Cabernet varieties. All of them together, plus a lot of care, time and handcraft make C3 a great proof of Men & nature working together with only one aim: great taste!
