CARCARE ROSATO
Grapes: Nerello, the vineyard is located in Palizzi (RC), which is in the southern part of the Ionian coast.
Ageing: “sur lie” stainless steel tanks for 5-6 months and 10 days after being bottled.
Alcohol by volume: 13%
Colour: salmon pink
Aroma: delicately fruity with notes of red fruits and flowers
Taste: well balanced and harmonious. Fresh taste at first, then charmingly fruity in perfect match with the aroma.
Pairing: it easily goes with any meal but it is also particularly indicated for more sapid and richer dishes.
