Description
Variety: Montepulciano
Winemaking technique: produced with selected grapes, de-stemmed and soft pressed before alcoholic fermentation at 16 °C with inoculated yeasts, next step is aging in stainless steel on fine lees for about six months. Must clarification by flotation.
Sensory profile: brilliant cherry pink. Cherry and rose on the nose, with a touch of vanilla. Fresh and tangy on the palate, with good texture.
Sensory notes: exquisite, sensual, refined. Regales the nose with the fresh, tempting thrill of forest floor, ushering in zesty length on the palate.
Food partners: perfect partner for fish brodetto and other steamed seafood recipes; a good choice to serve with cured meat platters, stewed white meats, and medium-ripe cheeses. Great with pasta dishes and mixed salad dishes. Well done with all eggs recipes
