Description
Our Grande Réserve has been blended from  selected parcels. The structure is dominated by the Cabernet Sauvignon, rounded by Merlot and gently spiced by the Petit Verdot.
After one year in stainless steel tank, we age the vine in 25% new oak barrels (barriques) for 12 months. After bottling we observe the evolution of the wine. We launch the wine for sale three to five years after the harvest.
