Grapes	
Barbera 100% from our highest vineyard facing north east, dominating the plains (great view up to Bologna city center). Accurate pruning and shoots selection. Hand picked half September in plastic crates, with grapes selection. 

Vinification
During fermentation with its own natural yeast, it goes through a few hand batonage every day. The maceration in its skins lasts 20 days.  After malolactic fermentation, wine has been aged in 25 hl Slavonia oak barrels for 10 months, and then in bottle for more months.
