Description

Cuatro Pasos Rosé rises from the Bierzo Valley vineyards, where more vigorous and with more vegetation plots protect the clusters from the direct sun influence, providing the Mencía grape with more freshness.
We carefully select the valley vineayrds where we start harvesting before, in order to maintain that freshness wich will provide our wine with more intense and fresh aromas.
Through direct pressing of the grapes we achieve a delicate color extraction and through cold fermentation (18ºC) the grape fruit and floral aromas are preserved.
