Description

The Cuvée Blanc de Blancs is elaborate with 100% of Chardonnay and is aged for a minimum of 3 years in our cellar.

The nose is complex, fruity notes of apple, pear and peach mingle with floral notes of jasmine and acacia. 
The mouth is fresh and balanced. Notes of honey, brioche and vanilla are enhanced by a lemony finish, for a nice length in the mouth.
