Description

The Cuvée de Réserve is a blend of 70% of Pinot Noir and 30% of Chardonnay, including 30% of reserve wine. 
This cuvée is aged for 7 years in our cellar. 

In the mouth, the harmonies follows one another. Honey, almond and acacia are the precursors of this aromatic palette. Notes of gingerbread and grilled hazelnut then mingle with lemons and candied apricots.
On the palate, the minerality and lemon notes support the freshness of this champagne, harmoniously orchestrated with the roundness of the candied fruit notes.
