Description

Varietal composition: 85% Treixadura, 11% Godello and 4% Albariño.
Oak aging: Godello spent three months aging in 600 liters Burgundian French oak barrels.
Soils: Situated at an altitude between 220 and 341 feet above sea level, La Cabrita vineyards which Bodegas El Paraguas works with consist of granitic based sandy soils. Similarly, the wine is 39% participated by grapes from the Castiñeira, with granitic base and located at an altitude between 702 and 892 feet above sea level; and by grapes from the vineyards which sorruond the cellar, with a similar soil composition and an altitude between 1177 and 1283 feet above sea level.
Vineyard: La Cabrita, La Castiñeira and Château El Paraguas.
Climatology: Atlantic smooth with some continental influence.
