Description

Red wine from the blending of the wines from our 3 production areas (Coster de L'Ermita, Escaladei, and Barranc dels Comellars).
Each one with one different type of slate to emphasize the mineral sensation in the palate. Parceled selection of our vineyards until blending.
Due to the small yields of some of our plots some lots are vinified in vertical barrels with manual pigeage as a method for the extraction of the color.Ageing in French oak barrels of different capacities.

Twelve months later the winemaker, with the owner, decided the date of bottling.Faithful reflection of the terroir of Priorat where red fruits, Mediterranean herbs and spices intermingle to give a complex but gourmet wine. Oak notes will be added subtly to enrich this complexity.
The ample and powerful mouth accompanies us with elegance throughout the tasting.
