Carignan Wine from Centenarian Vineyards
The Manou wine estate is located in the Cornudella de Montsant valley, between the Montsant and Gritelles mountains.
These Carignan vine trees are centenarian with deep roots and produce small berries with high concentration of sugar and tanins.

The old Manou vines receive the heat of the sun from the serra Les Gritelles for close to hundred years.
Each vine produces less than half a kilo of Carignan grapes, harvested and sorted manually, and fermented by extracting the freshness from each bean.
Wine aged 18 months in French oak barrels.
