Description
"Il Dritto" is another way for us to tell each other. Produced with ancestral method, it is direct, easy to drink, without sugar residues, with a slight natural bubble that leaves room for the most authentic flavor of the Glera grape and our territory.
The vinification process begins with the pressing extremely soft. The fermentation takes place with the use of indigenous yeasts. No filtrations or clarifications are carried out but only static decantation with appropriate decanting.
It can be described as a "petillant" French.
