The natural vinification process enhances the deep identity of this grape, which in the glass is expressed with elegant citrus notes well balanced by soft hints of hazelnut. The birth of this wine takes place already by hand in wooden boxes of 10 kilos. In this wine the contribution of indigenous bacteria and yeasts with which the wine is vinified not only allows to preserve naturally color, aromas and aromas, but determines its "growth" over time, up to reveal its full potential.
