Description

Organic Catarratto produced as it was in the past, with each bunch picked by hand selecting the best grapes. All processes are carried out with great care so as to produce a very drinkable wine with mellow aromas. A wine that fully expresses the very land that contributes to making Catarratto one of the best Siclian wines. Jocu is a tribute to tradition and to slow and carefree living.

Color: Intense straw yellow colour with golden reflections.

Notes: Fresh and fruity nose with pleasant hints of orange blossom and jasmine.

Taste: Fruity to the palate with hints of white pulp fruit and citrus notes.
