These natural Piwi vines grow on gravelly clay, infused with limestone soil. With its delicate floral aromas Julian
reminds you of peaches, lychees and grapefruit. It is bright, golden yellow, full bodied, well structured
and excellent for an aperitif.
Julian combines well with white meat and well seasoned fish, also ideal for sushi and Asian
cuisine.
