Description
The vines grow at 1.250m altitude in the italian alps, which makes this one of the highest vineyards in Europe! Awarded as one of the best 100 italian white wines by Le Guide de l'Espresso. Iron and limestone, red clay soil slightly interspersed with gravel. It is straw yellow and has aromas of lemons, muscat, pepper, pineapple, peach and wild herbs. The wine is slightly mineral with a vivacious acidity, combined with a harmonious structure ending in a long
and persistent finish.
Recommended with white meat, seasoned fish, shell fish, salads and Asian cuisine.
