VINIFICATION METHOD: soft pressing of the intact selected grapes.
Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks 

AGING: on fine lees in steel tanks with bâtonnage for about 2 mounths; 7 mounths in bottle after bottling

TASTING NOTES:
it has a light straw yellow colour with green notes. The bouquet is delicate, with a fresh, soft and dry flavor that evolves in time into a floral and fruity fagrance with hints of honey and exotic fruit.
