Description
Marieta has come to become the first Albariño Semidry of the history.
Marieta comes after hand harvest in crates of 20 kg. Clusters are de-stemmed and pressed. Natural racking takes places 24-36 hours and afterwards the alcoholic fermentation begints at 16-18ºC in stainless steel vats. The wine stabilization is caused by cold and the wine is finally filtered before bottling.
A uniquely fruity aroma highighting hints of peach, quince, ripe apple and melon, as well as nuances of orange citrus. It is very persistent, rounded and full-bodied with a slight bubble tip that give the wine an impressive sense of freshness. The aftertaste is fully rounded with juicy and citrus fruit flavours.
