Description

Visually it is clear, ruby red in colour with a purplish tinged edge. The nose is quite intense, persistent yet refined , with clear fruity and balsamic notes of blueberry jam and sour cherry, macerated elderberries, and almost dry balsamic herbs. In the mouth it is dry, but still fresh and sapid, very warm, slightly tannic, full-bodied, persistent, with a pleasant acidic/ citrussy aftertaste.
Aftertaste: tannic  and fruity with earthy-balsamic notes.
