Description
NOJÂR (Rosazzo DOCG White): a white blended wine gained by the har.monious blending of Friulano (ex Tocai), Chardonnay particulary delicate Sauvignon decisely parfumed and, , Ribolla Gialla with good acidity and Friulano (ex Tocai). It should be tasted cool as an aperitif, it can also be served with oysters, crustaceans, “risotti” and delicate dishes.
It should be served at 8º-10ºC.
