PINOT GRIGIO: this grape is a genetic evolution of Pinot Nero. The colour can be yellow and lightly pink. A wine with a delicate, yet strik.ingly dry taste, pleasingly bitter, hot, full and well balanced, distinctly astringent with vinous aroma. 
Perfect if enjoyed with antipastos, also excellent with fish it will compli.ment soups as well as stewed meats.
Best if served at 10º-12ºC.
