The grapes of Petit Saó are 100% organic & hand-harvested.

Grape Varieties: 50% Tempranillo, 30% Grenache, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged 8 months in French & American oak barrels.

Intense cherry red colour. Aromas of ripe red fruits (strawberry & cherry) with subtle notes of violet flower. Clean, penetrating fruit flavors of red berry fruit, considerable body balanced by the acidity, elegant finish and substantial length. 

Fruity wine with complexity and freshness.
