Fermented in 2.500 litres inox tanks during 20 days at 16ºC. 

Tasting Note, Brilliant green/yellow colour. White bone fruit and white floral notes surrounded by a tropical yet refreshing nose. Very crispy and fresh in mouth with a nice acidity. Tropical and citrus notes.
