Riesling develops a multitude of natural aromas depending on terroir and ripeness at harvest.

This Riesling - Selection - from the location Walsheimer Silberberg is our top Riesling thanks to a top site: loam and loess soil with lime in the depth. 
The aromas range from juicy fruits like peach, maracuya and star fruit to a minerality, which develops in glass.

It is a perfect food partner with steamed, salt- and freshwater fish, meat with light sauces and small poultry.
